The process is: you order the books, then I order the books, it takes 2-3 weeks to get to me, and then I sign and ship the book to you.

Orders within the US include shipping in the price.

 

International orders will be charged separately for shipping costs based on current rates.

No refunds will be offered for shipping on international orders.
